When we work contineously  our body system burns calories  and we need regain energy . Also contineous work , its targets and other environment cause stress on our mind and body , that again require some rest , relaxation to regain energy . So relaxation ia an important remedy to regain the full energy ..




RELAXATION  :- Relaxation is an art or activity  of our body that makes us calm and worry less and feel good with endorphins ,i.e happiness hormomes .

The relaxing skills are very much helpful in reducing fatigue , stress and worries and makes us feel good and happy . As and we feel tiredness from work and thinking ( mental work ) we can make use of relaxing techniques to enhance our energy and face glow .

Rest a while in nature :- 

After work rest a while in a park or garden in fresh air in relaxing mood , it will make you fresh again..





Listen good music & songs :- 

Listening music and melodious songs also make our mind and body relax and feel good . So when we feel tiredness or fatigue mental as well as physical we must listen heart touching music and melodies ..
