We all are familiar with this amazing plant ,as it is mostly used in our kitchen to add health benefits in our food . Yes curry patta has various health benefits , it is also called doctor of gut . Because curry patta improves the digestive system , it regulates the blood cholesterol levels , it lowers the risk of iron deficiency in the body , the curry patta regulates the blood sugar , it helps in weight loss , it is excellent in improving immune system of the body , it also improves the vision of the eyes , it is best in improving liver function , it is good in releasing stress and it has excellent results in improving skin and hair beauty .

Curry patta face Mask :-
Keeping in mind the various health benefits of curry patta, we must know how it is used for our skin beauty and face glow .
For its use to improve skin glow take fresh curry Leaves to make a paste,one big spoon and make the paste in the mixer grinder or on stone sill with batta .
Now mix half spoon of turmeric powder preferably kachi haldi , take one spoon of Honey and one spoon of lemon juice fresh then mix well all these four ingredients thoroughly . Now our face pack is ready .
Wash your face with water and wipe nicely with towel . Then apply this face mask gently on your face and give a gentle massage and keep it for 20 minutes .
When the face pack becomes dry wash the face with water and wipe properly. Then apply a Moisturizer or coconut oil on the face to lock the moisture .
Repeat the procedure once a week and you see the results . It will eliminate the dark circles , pimples and improve the skin glow with continuous use .
As the curry patta has antibacterial properties it will eliminate the acne also .
