The easily available tomatoes are very helpful in maintaining the natural beauty of us .

 which has plenty of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties thus protect the body from free radicals damage. Thus helpful in protecting human body from  many chronic diseases and maintaining natural beauty .So we must add tomatoes in our diet.
